Quick Answer
Track source updates that can change practical Claude how-to guidance.
Primary-source note: Anthropic’s release notes are the first page to check when product surfaces, model defaults, connectors, or file workflows change.
Key facts
What to know first
Current source baseline
Claude Helps currently relies on Anthropic Help Center and release-note pages for product facts about uploads, projects, artifacts, Google Workspace connectors, Research, chat search and memory, plans, usage limits, file creation, connectors, voice, sharing, and skills. It also cites Anthropic and Claude announcement posts for text watermarking, Claude in Chrome general availability, memory across chat and Cowork, and Claude for Teachers.
The practical guides should be refreshed whenever any of those source pages changes materially, especially when feature availability, plan gating, file limits, connector behavior, or privacy/sharing behavior changes.

September 19, 2026 source review
Five announcements since the July build changed what this site should say. Anthropic published its text-watermarking explainer on August 14 and revised it September 1 with detection-API status. Claude in Chrome left its pilot and is generally available on every paid plan. Memory became one memory across chat and Cowork, with topic-level editing and plan-dependent defaults. Claude for Teachers launched July 14 for individual educators and August 28 for schools and districts. The file-creation help article was updated August 6 with plan availability, output formats, a 30MB cap, and network-egress controls.
Four pages were added or rewritten in response: a canonical watermarking answer, a Claude in Chrome page, a Claude for Teachers workflow page, a file-creation page, and a rewritten memory section on Projects & Memory. Watermarking’s implications for authorship and disclosure norms are handled by claudewrites.com; Claude Code installation and engineering practice by claudeshipscode.com.

July 6, 2026 build notes
The site is scoped to practical everyday workflows. It intentionally does not cover Claude Code tutorials, MCP engineering, model benchmarks, fiction writing craft, or Claude ecosystem directories because those belong to sibling domains in the network.
Fresh source checks found active 2026 Help Center pages for file uploads, Projects, Research, chat search and memory, plan selection, usage and length limits, Google Workspace connectors, sharing, file creation, voice mode, and styles moving to skills.
Pages most likely to need weekly review
The most volatile pages are Privacy & Limits, Projects & Memory, Email, Research, and Spreadsheets. Those pages mention plan availability, connector behavior, usage limits, memory/search, and file capabilities, all of which can change faster than evergreen prompting advice.
A weekly review should open the source list, check dates and material changes, update affected guide sections, and add a short log entry here.
- Check Claude release notes for work-feature changes.
- Check Help Center pages linked from changed release notes.
- Update affected guide text, schema dates, llms-full summary, and this log.
- Run build and verify deployed pages.
